Divorce Recovery Program
Who it’s for
This program is for adults who are newly separated, actively divorcing, or already divorced and want support that’s focused on you as an individual—not the marriage. It’s ideal if you’re:

Exhausted from conflict, co-parenting stress, or the emotional whiplash of the process

-
Ready to stop surviving and start creating a strong, meaningful next chapter
-

Between-session practice: Simple “homework” that fits real life (journal prompts, scripts, routines, exposure practice, values work, or habit building).

Progress checkpoints: Every few sessions, we evaluate what’s improving and refine the plan.
