Divorce can feel overwhelming, and many parents are unsure where to begin. Our approach provides structured guidance and emotional support so you can move through this transition with greater clarity and stability.

Initial Consultation
We begin with a confidential consultation to understand your situation, the challenges you’re facing, and the support you’re seeking for yourself or your family.

Based on your needs, we identify the most appropriate program—whether it is Divorce Stabilization, Child Adjustment Support, Co-Parenting Coaching, or Divorce Recovery. Each program is designed to provide practical tools and steady guidance during a difficult transition.

Focus on Stability and Practical Solutions
Sessions focus on emotional regulation, clear decision-making, and practical strategies that help reduce conflict and protect children during divorce.

A Supportive and Respectful Environment
Our role is to provide a calm, neutral space where you can process emotions, gain perspective, and develop healthier ways to navigate this change.

Moving Toward the Next Chapter
The goal is not only to help you get through the divorce process, but to help your family move forward with resilience, stability, and healthier relationships.

Our Programs

Divorce Stabilization

Our Divorce Stabilization Program provides immediate, short-term support for people at the beginning or in the middle of divorce. We help you regulate emotions, stay grounded, and make clear, rational decisions—so you can protect yourself and your children and avoid costly, conflict-fueled mistakes.

Child Adjustment Support

Our Child & Teen Adjustment Program helps kids navigate divorce and the transition to a two-home family with confidence. Led by Dr. Edan Alcalay, we provide age-appropriate support so children can process big feelings, build coping skills, and stay emotionally steady at home and at school.

Co-Parenting Coaching

Our Co-Parenting Coaching program uses New Ways for Families®–informed tools from High Conflict Institute to reduce conflict and protect children. Parents learn clear, calm communication, stronger boundaries, and practical routines that make decisions easier and transitions smoother across two homes.

Divorce Recovery

Our Divorce Recovery Program helps you rebuild after divorce and create a fulfilling single life on your terms. Through focused, skills-based support, you’ll heal emotionally, strengthen boundaries and confidence, and develop a clear plan to thrive in your next chapter.
